The man accused of threatening Health Minister John Haggie over COVID-19 mask rules will make his first court appearance in March.
64-year-old Jeffery Follett faces a single charge of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Policer say Follett confronted Haggie at his Gander home just after 6 p.m. on December 7, yelling and threatening the minister.
Follett was tracked down at another home in the town a short time later and arrested.
He remains free on numerous conditions until his court date on March 1.
