The Newfoundland Rogues are gearing up for the last games before Christmas this weekend when they host the San Francisco City Cats at Mary Brown’s Centre Saturday & Sunday.
In spirit of the season, the Rogues will host a Toy Drive in support of the VOCM Happy Tree Campaign during Sunday’s matchup.
Fans are encouraged to bring along an unwrapped gift to help the Salvation Army meet their goal in helping families in need. Gifts for children aged 12 to 16 are highly encouraged, as there is a great need for this age group. Gift cards will also be accepted.
Tip-off on Sunday is 4 p.m. and tickets are available through the Mary Brown’s Centre Box Office.
