The City of St. John’s is updating its waste and recycling schedule for the week of December 27th.

Initially, the schedule had no collection on the 27th and 28th, and double pick-up days for the 29th and 30th.

That is now changing to have collection every day from December 27 to the 31.

The schedule can be found at CurbitStJohns.ca, and waste calendars are being mailed out.

The city is also reminding residents that starting in the new year, clear bags are required for garbage put out at the curb.
