There are 23 new cases of COVID-19 being reported in the province today.
Five are in Eastern Health, 16 in Central and two in the Western Health region. No one is in hospital with the virus.
The Department of Health and Community Services tweeted the update out, rather than the usual practice of issuing a full advisory due to resource concerns.
The Department says another update will be tweeted at 2 p.m. tomorrow to keep the public informed on the province’s COVID-19 situation.
