Public consultations on the planned renaming of the Mary March Provincial Museum in Grand Falls-Windsor wrapped up just before Christmas.

A total of 164 submissions were received and will be review by The Rooms Corporation which runs the museum.

Among the suggested options are the Demasduit Regional Museum or the Demasduit Regional Interpretation Centre.

A summary of the submissions will be made available on The Rooms Corporation website once the review is complete.
