Central Health is advising the public that COVID-19 testing will be available to those who are close contacts of a confirmed case, and/or symptomatic individuals in the Gander area today.
The testing clinic will run at Gander Academy from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..

These clinics are open to:
• Anyone who is a contact of a case, or symptomatic and has not yet had an opportunity for testing.
• Anyone identified as a contact of a case and requires a second test at Day 11-13 from last date of contact with the case.
• Anyone who is part of public advisory.
• Anyone who requires a day 7 test (You must have a negative day 7 test result before leaving isolation.)
The health authority says there is no need to book an appointment, as walk-ins are encouraged.
