A driver who survived a rollover crash in Freshwater last Monday has been charged with impaired driving.
The crash occurred around 11 a.m. on Monday.
The driver, a 43-year-old man, and his passenger were assisted by paramedics at the scene.
Once the man was medically cleared and released from hospital, he was immediately arrested.
He provided breath samples above the legal limit.
The man has been released from custody and will appear in court at a later date to face charges of impaired driving. His license was suspended and vehicle impounded.
