Talks between pilots and PAL Airlines have broken down. After two years of negotiations on a new contract, the union says it has been unable to secure an industry-standard collective agreement.
Tim Perry, President of the Airline Pilots Association, says they have a 100 per cent vote in support of labour action should they fail to achieve a deal with the company.
The union accuses Federal Labour Minister Seamus O’Regan of political interference and siding with the company.
Perry is calling on PAL to bargain in good faith.
