A 56-year-old man has been charged in connection with a recent break-in at the town office in Robert’s Arm.
RCMP say Bradley Pinsent is facing charges of break and enter, possession of break-in instruments, breach of probation and breach of a court order.
The break-in occurred earlier this week, forcing the temporary closure of the council office. A quantity of cash was stolen from a safe inside the building, while a significant amount of damage was caused to the interior.
Police say a vehicle believed to be used during the crime was also seized. The investigation continues.
