Gander and Area Chamber of Commerce has handed out their annual awards at the Joe and Clarice Goodyear Gala at the Quality Hotel and Suites.

The business of the year is Happy Adventure Inn while New Wood Manufacturing takes home the Joe and Clarice Goodyear Business Achievement Award.

Other winners are Evexia Osteopathy, Square Pond Friends and Family RV Park, Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation, Brian’s Lawn Care and Snow Clearing Ltd., and Renee Collins of Hare Bay Adventures.

Tonya and Dwayne Abbott, owners of The All-New Rosie’s Restaurant and Bakery, were presented with the one-time Business Resiliency Award.
