Government has launched a graduate recruitment program to attract recent post-secondary graduates to the provincial public service.
It allows participants to work in various government departments, developing a career path to management and executive roles.
It’s available to anyone who is eligible to work in Canada and who has successfully completed a three-year diploma or bachelor level program within the last two years. Those accepted into the program will be employed for two years.
Deputy Premier Siobhan Coady says this is one of the ways in which government is being transformed, noting that it is designed to give leaders of the future all the necessary tools they may need.
