Ultimate Newfoundland and Labrador have announced the recipients of its 2021 Annual Awards.

The ultimate frisbee organization made the announcement via social media.

Nick House, Board President of Ultimate NL, says the organization is proud to celebrate the stories of athletes, coaches and volunteers who dedicate so much time to the growth of the sport.

Male Athlete of the Year: Cameron Penney

Junior Female Athlete of the Year: Moira Costigan

Junior Male Athlete of the Year: Coady Murphy

Coach of the Year: Craig Stoyles

Justin Frampton Spirit of the Year Award: Michael Walsh

Joe Coady Award: Kathleen Sullivan

Kristine Cadigan Award: Sophie Blais

Lifetime Achievement Award: Dave Finn
