A repeat, registered sex offender has been arrested in the metro area once again.

36-year-old Matthew Twyne, who has over 100 convictions on his record, including ones for exposing himself to women and children, is back in custody.

Police were called to the centre city area around 1:30 p.m. Saturday to reports that Twyne had breached his court order by being in the area of a school.

Twyne has been charged with three breaches of probation, along with a breach of a prohibition order.

He appeared in court today.
