The 60th anniversary of Brother Rice High School is being celebrated with a special get-together of former graduates this August.

Organizer of the event, Stan Cook says everyone who graduated from 1962 to 1999 when the school converted to a Junior High is invited to take part.

Tickets are available online, Cook has been told the Legion won’t be able to accept people who simply show up.

Cook says he still gets calls every week from people looking for tickets. He says the tickets are available on their Facebook page, which links to an Eventbrite page where the tickets can be purchased.

The gathering is planned for Friday, August 5 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Pleasantville.
