Students graduating Eastern Academy’s Information Systems Specialist+ program will now have direct entry acceptance into the third year of the CNA’s Bachelor of Applied Information Technology – Systems and Network Cybersecurity degree starting this fall.
The degree, the first of its kind at CNA and one of only a few cybersecurity degrees available in the country, is currently being offered at the CNA’s Prince Philip Drive campus in St. John’s.
The College of the North Atlantic’s School of Business and Information Technology Dean, Steve Warren says strong foundational skills in system and network administration are needed to enter Year 3 of their program and the recent articulation agreement signed between the two institutions will help provide that foundation.
