The provincial PC Party is holding its annual general meeting in Corner Brook this weekend.
It comes as the House of Assembly prepares to resume for the fall sitting on Monday.
Party president Shane Skinner says the AGM will be one of substance, adding the focus will be on solutions to the myriad of challenges facing the province.
More than 200 delegates are attending the event either virtually or in person at the Greenwood Hotel, the former Holiday Inn in Corner Brook.
The meeting will also mark 50 years since the first PC government, under Premier Frank Moores, was elected in Newfoundland and Labrador.
