It’s a messy, slippery, and in some cases, treacherous commute home this afternoon.
Roads throughout the province are snow covered and slippery, with white out conditions in open areas and where the wind is blowing.
RCMP are advising anyone who does not need to be on the road to avoid travel for the time being.

The snow is turning to rain in eastern areas making road conditions even more slippery and sloppy.
