Son of a Critch Renewed for Season 3

The Newfoundland-based sitcom Son of a Critch has been renewed for a third season.

The show is based on the life of a young Mark Critch and gives a glimpse into the career of VOCM News legend Mike Critch.

The show follows Mark as he navigates his life as a junior high student. VOCM is highlighted often with Critch himself portraying his father and recreating his coverage of notable events from the 1980s.

Season 3 will be filmed this summer in Newfoundland and Labrador.
