The man at the centre of the single largest seizure of illegal weapons ever in this province has pleaded guilty to all charges against him.
42-year-old Scott Waterman was facing 141 charges as part of what the RNC called the largest firearms trafficking network they’d ever encountered.

More than a hundred different types of firearms were seized from homes in Torbay, Flatrock and Pouch Cove—guns of all shapes and sizes—and even 3D printers used to make some of them.
It was just over a year ago that police called a news conference to trumpet the significance of the bust, showing off their haul—including silencers, bulletproof vests and brass knuckles—covering several tables at RNC headquarters.
Then this past Friday, Waterman entered guilty pleas after the charges were reduced from 141—one for almost every weapon that was seized—down to seven—all consolidated in concert with the Crown.
Waterman stayed silent during the proceedings in provincial court on Friday.
He remains free on conditions pending the sentencing phase in September.
