The RNC is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman wanted on a warrant.

Twenty-eight-year-old Miranda Spencer of St. John’s was last seen in the capital city’s downtown on Tuesday, April 11.

She is described as five feet, six inches tall, with a medium build and long blonde hair. There is no description of the clothing she was wearing at the time.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Miranda Spencer is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
