As the playoffs draw near, the Newfoundland Rogues are heating up with a five-game win streak.
The Rogues swept the Fayetteville Stingers at the Mary Browns Centre over the weekend.
Point guard Armani Chaney, who recently returned from the TBL All Star Weekend, put up 32 points in Sunday’s match to give the Rogues a 154-123 victory against the Stingers.
The team is tied 14-14 for third in their division with twelve games left for the regular season.
The Rogues have a few days off before heading to the United States for a four-game road trip.
