Nominations are now open for two of the province’s most prestigious teaching awards.
The Premier’s Award recognizes a K-12 teacher who has committed to providing a learning environment that promotes students future success.
The Minister of Education’s Award also recognizes a K-12 teacher, but for their compassion and commitment to supporting the wellbeing of students, staff and community.
The deadline to nominate a teacher for the awards is May 26. Applications are available on the government’s website.
