Upgrades to the Southside Water Reservoir in St. Bride’s are coming soon.

Nearly $675,000 in provincial, federal, and municipal funding has been earmarked for the improvement project.

Work will include building an access road, repairing the existing concrete dam, a new concrete spillway, and the installation of a screen house.

The upgrades will be in anticipation of the chlorination and disinfectant phase.
