The Folk Arts Society is excited to see some of the province’s artists get the spotlight during this year’s Music @ Concert Series in St. John’s.
The lineup for the event was announced yesterday, and it includes 16 concerts across three venues over the course of three months—the first of which is this weekend.
Events Coordinator at the Folk Arts Society, John Clarke, says youth acts open up each of the concerts.
“It’s great for everyone,” says Clarke, who notes that the concerts are also accessible for people with mobility challenges, and affordable for people who otherwise would not be able to attend.
