As expected, fuel prices are way up this morning.
Gas costs 6.6 cents per litre more while diesel is up by 4.5 cents—and 4.7 cents in Labrador West.
Furnace oil, stove oil and propane are virtually unchanged.
The Public Utilities Board continues to monitor all the issues related to the increase in the carbon tax and the implementation of a new tax, the Clean Fuel Regulations. Further changes to pricing prompted by those moves are possible.
