Perchance Theatre is gearing up to open its summer season.
Three shows are set to the hit the stage in Conception Harbour this summer, with “High Steel”, written by Mary Walsh and Rick Boland with music by the late, great Ron Hynes opens first on July 15.
Also on tap for the summer season is Moliere’s classic, “The Flying Doctor” directed by Evan Mercer, opening July 16, and William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”, directed by Perchance artistic director Danielle Irvine, which opens July 29.
Irvine says after a whirlwind year that saw them move homes from Cupids to Conception Harbour, it feels incredible to see everything come together.
She says they have been incredibly well supported by the communities in the area. She says the seating is going up and the shows are almost ready to hit the stage.
