A book exploring the world of science through hands-on learning is hitting the shelves in this province.
“IsThisAnOlogy?“, written by Amanda Bulman and Ruth Lawrence and illustrated by Leon Chung, shows the wide range of jobs in science and dives into them through various activities, interviews, comics and experiments. The book looks to inform readers about various aspects of science including fossils, bird migration, beekeeping, food, and even cheese making.

Lawrence says there is lots of fun to be had with the book.
She says every chapter has a list of at-home activities to try, which are especially helpful for rainy days with children.
