Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is in the province today visiting the central region of the province.

The Prime Minister is in Gander, located in the Coast of Bays-Central-Notre Dame riding, which is currently held by the province’s only Conservative MP, Clifford Small.

This comes on the heels of a cabinet shuffle by the PM yesterday, as well as news from Abacus Data  that the federal Liberals are trailing in the polls behind the Pierre Poilievre led Conservatives.

Trudeau will be on VOCM Open Line this morning with guest host Tim Powers beginning at 9:10.
