The Canadian Red Cross is offering its assistance to a family displaced by a fire on Hoyles Avenue in St. John’s early yesterday morning.
Police are investigating the blaze, which broke out shortly after 7:00 Friday morning, as suspicious.
The duplex was gutted, and the adjoining property was also damaged.
The Red Cross says two adults and a child were displaced by the blaze. The family was offered temporary lodging and volunteers arranged for meals and clothing.
