The Rattling Brook Bridge in Mount Carmel will be closed for the next two days due to ongoing construction work.

The closure begins at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning, and will reopen to traffic at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Traffic will be detoured through Colinet in the interim.

The work is necessary to stabilize the excavation of the existing bridge, which will facilitate construction of its replacement.
