A 24-year-old man is without his vehicle after he was caught driving at an excessive speed in St. John’s Tuesday night.
Shortly before 10:30 p.m., police clocked the driver going 107 km/h in a 50 zone on Torbay Road.
The man was ticketed, and his licence was impounded.
