A 43-year-old man has been charged with impaired after a traffic stop in Bay Roberts earlier this week.
RCMP pulled the vehicle over on Central Street shortly after midnight on Thursday.
The driver, who showed signs of impairment, failed the roadside breath sample and was taken to the detachment for further testing.
The man blew over one and a half times the legal limit and was charged for impaired driving.
His license was suspended and vehicle impounded.
