A woman has been arrested after an incident at a residence in the west end of St. John’s.

The disturbance began unfolding just before 9:30 last night. The woman who owns the house told RNC that she and her adult son had just been assaulted by her female tenant. The 42-year-old has been charged with assault and uttering threats.

The woman spent the night at the lockup.
