The NLCA hosted its Annual Awards Gala last night in St. John’s to celebrate the hardworking and talented members of our construction industry, recognize excellence, and connect with friends old and new.

“It was an unforgettable night of celebration, recognition and entertainment with NLCA members and our industry supporters,” says Matthew Mallam, NLCA Board Chair. “Our industry works hard day in and day out to build a stronger province, and recognizing their success is well-deserved.”

During the evening, several outstanding members were recognized for their achievements in the following categories:

– Provincial Safety Award: Pennecon Heavy Civil Limited

– General Contractor Award of Excellence: Locke’s Electrical Limited

– Subcontractor Award of Excellence: Belfor Property Restoration

– Supplier of Excellence Award: Nudura Inc.

– Professional Services Award of Excellence: Academy Canada

– Women in Infrastructure Award of Excellence: Jada Ruttgaizer

– Hall of Fame Inductee: Scott Granville

– Community Leader Award: Laurie Furlong
