The deadline to apply for the provincial government’s home heating supplement program is fast approaching.
The supplement for people who use furnace or stove oil as their primary source of heat ranges from $200 to $500.
Residents can apply online.
Those applying are asked to:
- Providing a copy of your invoice for the purchase of furnace or stove oil, which should include the delivery address;
- Signing your application; and
- Double-checking that the social insurance number provided is correct.
