The Health Care Foundation says more than $3.3 million was transferred over the last fiscal year to support hospitals and health centres in the province.
The Health Care Foundation held its AGM yesterday.
More than $100 million has been raised through the Health Care Foundation over its 20-year history, allowing for the purchase of major equipment including cardiac catheterization labs, integrated operating suites, a 3T MRI, heat lung machines, and ultrasounds.
