Police have concerns for the safety and well-being of a man last seen in the Northeast Avalon area in late summer.
Sixty-year-old Richard Savage of St. John’s is described as 6 feet, 3 inches tall with a heavy build. Police do not have a description of the clothing Savage was last seen wearing.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Richard Savage is asked to contact the RNC or Crimestoppers.
