Applications for the St. John’s SPCA’s Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) are set to open later this month.
One hundred slots have been opened for surgeries scheduled for the new year.
Registration opens on Tuesday, November 28 at 5:00 p.m. on their website.
