A pair of incidents at separate homes in the metro last night has resulted in the arrests of two men in their forties.
The RNC responded to a disturbance at a residence in the centre city of St. John’s at 8:35 pm on Friday, where a 41-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged with breach of a release order. The man was also wanted on a separate investigation for breaking and entering and trafficking of stolen property.
At 11:30 the RNC again responded to a call of a domestic disturbance, this time in the east end of St. John’s. A 45-year-old man was arrested and charged with uttering threats to the homeowner, a woman.
Both men were sent to lockup where they await court appearances.
