Provincial pre-budget public consultations are taking the form of a questionnaire.

Government says it’s aimed at gauging the priorities of residents and assessing support for various measures to reduce the provincial deficit and debt.

An included interactive tool will illustrate government’s fiscal situation as well as the challenges of balancing the budget.

The deadline to provide feedback through EngageNL is Friday December 15.

Residents may fill out the survey online or provide a written submission to Budget2024@gov.nl.ca.
