Carbonear Hospital Temporarily Without Obstetrical Services

The hospital in Carbonear is without obstetrical services this week due to staffing shortages.

The unit closed yesterday evening and will not reopen until Tuesday, December 5.

Anyone in need of obstetrical services will have to go to the hospital in Clarenville or the Health Sciences in St. John’s.
