RCMP are investigating human remains found in a wooded area near Bishop’s Falls earlier today.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is involved in determining the cause of death and identity of the remains.
Officers conducted an investigation in the area of the Trans Canada and Botwood Highway earlier today and asked people to stay away from the area while they worked on the scene.
The investigation continues.
