Newfoundland Symphony Orchaestra is holding a one-night-only event with a star-studded lineup tonight.
Curated and featuring violinist Mark Fewer, Sinfonia 2: Alikeness will feature Heather Kao, Aiyun Huang and recently inducted Order of Canada member Deantha Edmunds.

Fewer says having that many stars on stage elevates the entire performance.
He says as a performer, you become aware of doing your best with everyone doing their best around you, which translates to the audience and leads to an “incredible artistic high.”
The show takes place 8:00 p.m. tonight at the D.F. Cook Recital Hall in Memorial’s School of Music. Tickets are available on the Arts and Cultures Centre website.
