Organizers of the 2025 Canada Summer Games in St. John’s have unveiled the route for the torch relay that will kick off the competition next year.
Sponsored by Orangestore, the relay will begin next June at the Centennial Flame on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
From there, the torch will travel through 14 communities in this province before arriving for the opening ceremonies in St. John’s on Aug. 9th.
Over 130 torchbearers will carry the flame through their hometowns as part of a series of events between late June and August.
Torchbearers will be chosen through a nomination process, the applications for which are now open.
