A man wasn’t willing to face the consequences of his actions after threatening a family in the Goulds yesterday afternoon.

The 41-year-old had already taken off from the scene by the time RNC arrived just after 2 p.m.

Police tracked him down at his home, but when they tried to put him in handcuffs, he became combative and attempted to disarm one of the officers.

The man has been charged with mischief, breach of probation, resisting arrest, and attempting to disarm a police officer.

He was held for court.
