NL Health Services says it plans to cover the costs of people taking an emergency medical responder certification program in central Labrador.
The health authority says it will offer financial support to applicants, covering the cost of the program as well as travel, accommodation, and meals for in-person training.
The program, which starts next month, requires that applicants commit to working for the authority afterward.
