Two people were arrested following a series of thefts in Corner Brook earlier this week.
RNC were called around 10:00 Monday night about a theft at a business on Mill Road. The man and woman involved left the scene in a vehicle after taking a quantity of merchandise.
A short time later, another theft was reported at a business in Murphy Square. Officers determined that the same man and woman were involved and fled the area in a vehicle.
Around 10:30 Monday night, the suspects were located in a vehicle in the area of Bannister’s Road. The 35-year-old woman and 26-year-old man are each facing two counts of theft. They are in jail.
