Officers were spot on for thinking something was up after noticing a car heading down Peacekeepers Way in the pitch black with no headlights on last night.

Police hauled the vehicle over and were hit with the smell of alcohol coming from the man behind the wheel. The 67-year-old failed the roadside breath test.

His license was suspended for seven days and his vehicle was seized.
