RCMP are pleased with the guilty verdict handed down against 54-year-old Eric Rich of Natuashish.
Rich was found guilty in the death of a 37-year-old woman in Sheshatshiu in September of 2021.
The trial began on October 15th and wrapped up Saturday.
Rich remains in custody.
Sentencing is set for January 17th.
