People in and around Paradise can expect to hear some loud bangs throughout the day, but not to worry.
The RNC are in Paradise this hour disposing of what appears to be old fireworks or some type of explosives. They’re near St. Anne’s Crescent by the industrial park on Topsail Road.
Police say the explosives are being detonated in a safe and controlled environment, however there may be some loud bangs as the devices go off.
